KAIROS began from a repeated observation: in high-level operations, the difficulty is rarely finding a supplier. The difficulty is that nobody answers for the whole. An air operator resolves the flight, a law firm resolves the contract, an agency resolves the event — and the seams between them, the schedules that do not align, the transfer that arrives late, the detail shared with the wrong party, end up on the client's desk.

This firm exists to occupy that space. Madrid is the base from which the coordination runs, and from there operations are sustained across Europe, the United Kingdom and the Gulf with the same person in charge throughout. Experience accumulates where it matters: in recurring dealings with certified operators, in knowing which FBO actually functions at six in the morning, and in recognising — before signing — when a mandate does not fit what we can guarantee.

KAIROS does not own aircraft or vehicles. We coordinate missions with a vetted supplier network, operationally qualified and vetted, and we reply to your request within 24 hours:

How an operation starts

• Initial request: route, date, passengers, urgency and privacy level. Email or WhatsApp.
• Operational read in 24h: recommended aircraft, cost range, FBO, ground transfers and contingency alternative.
• Confirmation and execution: quote signature, documentation with the operator, execution monitored by KAIROS.
• Post-mission: operational summary, reconciliation and, if relevant, continuity proposal for future missions.

Confidentiality commitment

Discretion is not a marketing adjective: it is a procedure. Every operation is handled in compartments, so that no supplier holds more context than they need to execute their part. The information you share is limited to what is essential, retained only for as long as the mandate requires, and never used as a commercial reference.

We do not publish client names, we do not use closed operations as identifiable case studies, and we do not share your diary with third parties. If your legal or compliance team requires it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before any specific operational exchange, including the exploratory phase. Communications are kept on traceable channels and through a single point of contact.

If at any point you wish us to delete the information associated with a closed mandate, a written request to the contact address is enough.

Corporate identity and compliance

KAIROS operates under least-privilege access to client information, compartmentalization between operations and traceable communication channels. For family offices, law firms or compliance teams, NDA can be signed before any concrete operational exchange.
