KAIROS works by mandate and by introduction, but the first conversation asks nothing of you. You may write to us, call us or set out your case in writing, and we will tell you plainly whether we can add value or whether another route suits you better. We answer every qualified enquiry in under 24 hours.
The ways to reach us
There are three ways to reach us and all of them end with the same person. What differs is the kind of matter, not the priority.

When you would rather set the case out in one go. It is the route that generates the least back and forth: it arrives with area, timeframe and market already defined.

Set out your case in writing
The more you tell us, the more specific our answer will be. Nothing has to be settled: the area, the approximate timeframe and the market are enough.
What happens to what you send us
The details you enter in the form are used for one thing only: to reply to you and assess whether the mandate is a fit. They are not passed to third parties for commercial purposes, they are not published and they are not used as reference material. If you later want them deleted, you need only ask through the same channel.
When a mandate is activated, the same logic governs execution: each supplier receives only what it needs for its part and never the principal's full profile. The full legal detail is set out in the privacy policy and in the legal notice.
