The private briefings are the documents KAIROS uses to bring order to a decision before any mandate exists. They are not brochures or market reports: they set out the judgment we apply internally to validate an off-market transaction, to measure the return on a hospitality programme and to plan an executive move to Madrid.
What you receive, and when
It is worth stating plainly: this page does not offer an instant download. When you submit the form, the request reaches the KAIROS team, which reads it by hand to confirm that the document you have chosen answers your actual situation.

Who the briefings are written for
They are written for people who must justify a decision to someone else: a principal to the family committee, a chief executive to the board, a head of institutional relations to finance.
